Just started working 2months ago at this firm painting houses(gained 7-8kg) etc. Before that I didn't really do shit for bout 2 years except for playing runescape and eating kebab everyday. Before these 2 years I've always been a active person been playing floorball(goal keeper) so I have pretty good reflexes, bicycled "offroad/downhill" etc. so my legs are pretty massive(still after 2yrs...) I've also been trying out boxing for a season but didn't really feel like it was something for me at that time.
So back to the point... I was thinking of start training Muay Thai(thaibox) and try out capoeira(which is a mix of martial arts and music/dance). Anyone thats tried any of these martial arts? And what do you think of martial arts condition/strength building wise? Would my background fit with any of these sports?
I knew a guy that did a lot of Muay Thai he tried teaching me and i kicked him in the face and made him bleed a shitload a long time ago. Was sweet. but he almost could not fight his next fight because it was a deep cut. I guess they dont allow people to be in the rig if they are bleeding a shit ton.
Muay Thai = sweet but you need to be big .... skillful at it or you'll get your fuckin ass KILLED.
