Topic: My progress
So far my measurements are as followed:
Biceps - 12.5 inches
Chest - 40 inches
Waist - 29 inches
Neck to each shoulder - 20 inches
Reach - 32 inches

Height - 6'1"
Weight - 181.2
Goals:
Need suggestions, I know my arms aren't big but I have long arms so it's a bit difficult. I'm thinking about starting UFC(I know everyone is, but I think it would be good for me, as I have a terrible temper and love fighting).
I diet almost completely right, I am just considering completely coming off sugar.
I don't eat snacks, chocolate, ice cream, candy bars whatever you want, I don't eat it. And I don't drink soda. I drink about 5 bottles of water a day from work alone(I landscape) and drink tea as an alternative, or milk. For protein I eat 2 cans of tuna each day after working out, and eat 3 square meals of home cooked food.
I had cardio when I played soccer, could run about 5-7 miles in sitting, but seeing as I've started smoking in the past 6 months I can't do this.
My routine is a little off as I work out at home due to house arrest, but it consists of benches(with light increments), curls - olympic bar and single dumbbells, shrugs, reverse curls, a sort of a seated high row with dumbbells for back. Push ups with the perfect push up bars, and the iron gym pull up bar, and crunches for abs.
I would like questions, criticism, comments, and suggestions.
