Topic: My progress

So far my measurements are as followed:
Biceps - 12.5 inches
Chest - 40 inches
Waist - 29 inches
Neck to each shoulder - 20 inches
Reach - 32 inches

Edit: forgot h/w
Height - 6'1"
Weight - 181.2

Goals:
Need suggestions, I know my arms aren't big but I have long arms so it's a bit difficult. I'm thinking about starting UFC(I know everyone is, but I think it would be good for me, as I have a terrible temper and love fighting).

I diet almost completely right, I am just considering completely coming off sugar.
I don't eat snacks, chocolate, ice cream, candy bars whatever you want, I don't eat it. And I don't drink soda. I drink about 5 bottles of water a day from work alone(I landscape) and drink tea as an alternative, or milk. For protein I eat 2 cans of tuna each day after working out, and eat 3 square meals of home cooked food.

I had cardio when I played soccer, could run about 5-7 miles in sitting, but seeing as I've started smoking in the past 6 months I can't do this.

My routine is a little off as I work out at home due to house arrest, but it consists of benches(with light increments), curls - olympic bar and single dumbbells, shrugs, reverse curls, a sort of a seated high row with dumbbells for back.  Push ups with the perfect push up bars, and the iron gym pull up bar, and crunches for abs.

I would like questions, criticism, comments, and suggestions.

yea smoking is pretty rough.
but to be honest I cut down its more like every other day now.

Tuna isn't bad, mercury is bad.
Here's the interesting part:

Dave Draper and Arnold ate so much tuna back in his days. He's now 70 years old, and he has no problems from it?
The FDA is pretty annoying. They approve the worst foods, like McDonalds, and shit like Aspartame and High Fructose Corn Syrup.

I guess you could say there's a chance you could get mercury poisoning.
What about smoking? There's a chance you will get cancer.
if you're not gonna take the chance, then don't. But I'm just going to say not everyone will get Mercury poisoning.

How old are you? You're arms are quite small (mine are 14.5" last time I checked? I'm 5'6" though) but seriously.. don't worry about your biceps completely.

How big are your quads? You should definitely be working on your legs if you're keen on working out... It helps A LOT in muscle development in general.

And what exactly are your goals besides 'UFC'?

I'm 18. And like I said I'll have to work for them cause they don't run big in my family..I'm well proportioned and my quads are well defined, I don't find it too necessary to work my legs since I played enough soccer to work them for awhile.. And what I meant by goals was body size.

To look even, yes. But he played soccer, and his legs are probably still very strong and big.
I've been off soccer for more than a year, and I ran a little bit a few months back, but my legs are still extremely muscular, so I have no need to work them out very much
