Wearing them you get like 30% of the regular oxygen intake, which means that you're completely fucked. We also have to have our rain outfit on, which doesn't breath at all. Afterwards my clothes were like 20% clothes and 80% sweat. Today was still relatively easy running, but people almost passed out and shit already. Next week will be far worse... (Once I have time and can be fucked I'll start a new better blog and tell you guys what I'm doing and what I've done.)
