Today we ran with our gasmasks on. Wearing them you get like 30% of the regular oxygen intake, which means that you're completely fucked. We also have to have our rain outfit on, which doesn't breath at all. Afterwards my clothes were like 20% clothes and 80% sweat. Today was still relatively easy running, but people almost passed out and shit already. Next week will be far worse...
(Once I have time and can be fucked I'll start a new better blog and tell you guys what I'm doing and what I've done.)

Speaking of gasmasks.. do they ever give you a certain amount of time to put on clothes + gasmask then give you the tear gas?
They did that to my brother and the guys dared him to do it without gasmask, and he like threw up or some shit.
