I'm 6'2 and 3 months ago I weighed 103KG's
I was fat, not massive fat but you could tell...
So I was going to Thailand and didn't want to have man tits when I got there so I hit the Gym.
No cardio, just 3 times a week gym, 2 different body parts + abs every workout 4X workouts per muscle with 3XSets per workout on each muscle group.
2 months later I lost most of it but still had a bit of a gut, not massive but noticeable. Went to Thailand at 93KG's
Well 2 weeks later I'm back from Thailand (2 days ago), weighed myself today, 88KG's
Moral of the story: Booze + Thai food + Dancing everyday and night = Weight loss.
