My group work with 2 foreigners

Well essentially I had the option to work with some friends on some really gay IT Management subject or work with 2 foreigners on Wireless Networks (which I know by hand everything I need to complete it) It started out great, we split up the work equally, I did about drawbacks and advantages, the nigger did about who, what and how I believe and the muslim about some other crap. Well I went thru the text yesterday and Noticed he had copied an entire page directly from the internet, which gets you fucking owned here. Told him to rewrite it but appears he refused since he just emailed me and the muslim this morning saying he wont come to the presentation, and the submission of the PowerPoint presentation containing the text he had copied had to be submitted in less than 10 mins. So I just e-mailed the teacher this:

I was just informed by one of my group members (******) that he wont show up for the
workshop today which is just the beginning of problems. I'm completely exhausted and
tired of baby sitting people that wont work in a group assignment. I went through our
PowerPoint presentation yesterday and I have a strong feeling that his section "Who" is
directly copied from the internet, especially since it's written in extremely good
English while his level of English is near non-existent and also because it returns a
lot of direct hits on Google. I know group assignments purpose it to work together and I
know you will say that the group as a whole is responsible for the material submitted,
but I will not take a part of his section as I told him to rewrite it in his own words,
but it appears he refused to do so.
