You knew that the alcohol literally will suck the water out of the cells of your skin, throat, etc?
And that 2 water molecules are burned when your body burns 1 alcohol molecule?
Most people don't know that, they just think when they start peeing it's because they consumed a lot of liquor/beer.

I know that part.

I'm saying, that for whatever amount of alcohol you drink, to rehydrate yourself you need to drink double in water

I just think in theory, you are supposed to drink double that.

But not double at once. It's said that your liver filters one standard drink of alcohol an hour.
e.g. 12 oz. of beer or wine cooler
8-9 oz. of malt liquor
5 oz. of table wine
3-4 oz. of fortified wine (sherry or port)
2-3 oz. of liqueur, cordial or apertif
1.5 oz. of brandy
1.5 oz. of spirits (whiskey, gin, vodka, etc.)

I assume you wouldn't chug 4L of beer in an hour, because I'm pretty sure you'd be doomed. lol

But if you drink 1-3 cans in an hour, I guess you should also drink the equivalent in water.

But hell, 4L of beer is so much lol.

Well no, because 355ml of liquor isn't the same as 355ml of beer.

355ml of liquor is 8 standard drinks in liquor. (I'm talking about spirits as listed above; whiskey, gin, vodka, etc)

I'm not sure how much water you should consume, but by the time you get to 8 shots, I think you're pretty much f'd. lol

Your BAC would probably be like .15 or .2.

Well, you have quite a tolerance, but your BAC would still be high.

I think 1 shot = the same as one beer.

And if you drink one beer you should drink 2 glasses of water.

Then 8 shots = 16 glasses of water.
