Topic: Protein/Creatine
I have a big thing of each. Haven't the faintest idea how to use it properly...
How many times/when should I use them in relation to my workouts.

1 scoop in a protein shake before a workout to start off

creatine before you workout, protein after
depending on how you eat during the day, id drink a protein shake two times a day if your working out full time, drink it on your days off too

Creatine FAQ
itt: drink alot of water and about 4g per serving

Lmao at people using Creatine. It+Whey powder is the biggest scam aimed at people who have no idea what they're doing.
I wouldn't use creatine if I were you. Protein is good for recovery purposes imo. Personally I don't like the idea of using a lot of chemical substances. I use protein (with some carbohydrate) to help with recovery after a training session.
But that's mostly up to opinion. If you want to really bulk up and look like a turd (read: stuff's brother), then use creatine and steroids and whatever else there is, up to you man ![]()

^lol, the whole supplement market is a waste of mahuny

Creatine is a metabolite produced in the body which mainly consists of three amino acids namely - methionine, arginine, and glycine
ic what u did there, u didn't know what you were talking about!

Oh I see what you did there, completely misundertood me.

Well Uriko you've just said it's made in the body and that its made from amino acids, so therefore a natural protein rich diet would cover it. HAZZAARRRRR what a scam. OH YEH LIKE YOU PROBABLY NEED IT THOUGH IF YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE AN UnNATURAL TURD.

These people are fucking idiots and dont workout obviously. Take the protein in the morning and after your workout. Your body can only take in around 40g of protein per sitting. Add in some oats and other stuff for carbs or whatever you want to do. I take creatine all day. Normally for the first 5 days people do a loading phase which means take around 25g of creatine a day. So 5g's 5 times a day for 5 days. To flush your body with creatine. Since creatine affects ATP and your energy after a good while you will recover faster and possible gain a couple pounds. Make you sure you intake 1gallon+ a day since it does absorb the water from your cells. It shouldnt be hard to drink that much water, much people never drink any. Protein and creatine are great. Unless you eat a shit load of meat I assure you, your creatine levels are low. Its cheap , affective and works well. Anything else you want to know?

I am very careful about what i put into my body. Creatine is one of the things I avoid. of course mark McQuire made this famous during his home run days in St. Louis. I think about half the people I know say it is ok and the other half say avoid it.
start eating properly noobs..
